ALTEN India is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the French-based ALTEN Group, a global leader in engineering and technology consulting. Established in 2010, ALTEN India began its journey by supporting aerospace projects and has since evolved into a pivotal innovation hub within the ALTEN network.
Over the years, ALTEN India has experienced significant growth, expanding its presence across major Indian cities, including Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi, and Chatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Former Aurangabad). With a workforce of over 8,700 engineers spread across 11 delivery centers, we offer comprehensive engineering, technology, and digital transformation services tailored to various industry verticals such as aerospace, automotive, rail, telecom, and life sciences .
Our expertise encompasses a wide range of services, including mechanical engineering, embedded systems, digital solutions, cybersecurity, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and enterprise management services . This diverse portfolio enables us to deliver end-to-end solutions that drive innovation and efficiency for our clients.
As part of our strategic growth plan, ALTEN India aims to double its headcount to approximately 15,000 engineers by 2025, both organically and through acquisitions, to meet the increasing demand for engineering services in India .
