Why do you feel smarter engineering design matters?
Mobility touches millions of lives every day. Behind every smooth drive are embedded systems ensuring safety, reliability, and performance.
For me, engineering is ultimately about people. Every requirement reviewed, risk mitigated, and validation completed contributes to safer mobility and a more sustainable future.
Through your role, how are you building it? What technologies, systems, processes, or expertise are involved?
My journey began with hands-on engineering building control systems, validating ECUs, and working closely with hardware and software in lab environments. This foundation shaped my approach to engineering with precision and accountability.
Today, as a Technical Program Manager, I lead embedded engineering programs across large cross-functional automotive teams, translating complex requirements into structured, safety-compliant solutions while aligning delivery with global stakeholders.
For me, program management is about bringing clarity to complexity and enabling teams to deliver reliable, safety-critical systems that millions depend on.
As a woman leader in STEM, I believe it’s not just about breaking barriers, it’s about leading with conviction and encouraging more women to take their place at the decision-making table.
What concrete steps have you taken in the past year to build it?
I’ve built and scaled automotive project capabilities by first establishing strong frameworks, which enabled the formation and leadership of an automation team that significantly improved testing efficiency and delivery reliability. This foundation naturally extended into leading global delivery across embedded engineering programs, where large cross-functional teams were managed with a focus on structured governance and seamless collaboration. As delivery excellence strengthened, it further deepened customer partnerships and opened avenues to support new program development, contributing to multiple OEM RFQs. Alongside this growth, robust project governance and delivery processes were established, ensuring alignment with ALTEN’s engineering excellence and quality standards.
