ALTEN India Supports Bengaluru Urban Ecological Restoration Mission 2026–2030

As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability initiatives, ALTEN India participated in the Bengaluru Urban Ecological Restoration Mission 2026–2030, organized by the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) at Nadaprabhu Kempegowda Layout, Bengaluru.

The initiative brought together organizations, institutions, and community volunteers to support large-scale afforestation and urban ecological restoration efforts across the city. More than 45 ALTEN India employees volunteered for the plantation drive, contributing to the collective effort that resulted in the planting of over 15 lakh saplings.

The campaign was a significant step towards enhancing Bengaluru’s green cover, promoting biodiversity, and strengthening environmental sustainability. The large-scale plantation effort also contributed to Karnataka’s Guinness World Record achievement, highlighting the impact of collaborative action in addressing environmental challenges.

Through active employee participation, ALTEN India continues to support initiatives that align with its ESG commitments and contribute to creating greener, healthier, and more resilient communities.
