AmplifAI_Her: Celebrating Women in Leadership at ALTEN India

ALTEN India recently launched AmplifAI_Her, an inspiring initiative aimed at empowering women leaders across our Bangalore, Pune, and Chatrapati Sambhaji Nagar offices. The event brought together over 150 women, both online and in person, to celebrate leadership, resilience, and community.

Highlights included powerful stories from Neelima Vobugari, an entrepreneur who shared her journey of restarting her career after personal setbacks, and Mitali Mishra, who rose from trainee to IIoT DC Head through mentorship and determination.

With opening remarks from CEO Balaji Viswanathan and a panel led by Vivek Jaykrishnan, VP engineering, the event sparked meaningful conversations on leadership, growth, and inclusion.
