ALTEN India Hosts Global Leadership Team for Strategic Visit in Bengaluru

ALTEN India recently welcomed members of the global leadership team Simon Azoulay – President of the Board ALTEN, Cyril Malarge – CEO
Bruno Benoliel – CFO, (Executive Board Member),Pascal Amore – EVP, Head of APAC ALTEN (Executive Board Member) and Pascal Agin – EVP-Projects Delivery and Performance ALTEN (Executive Board Member)—for a two-day strategic visit at its Bengaluru office located at IBC Knowledge Park.
The visit marked an important milestone for ALTEN India, bringing together global and regional leadership to review the organization’s progress, discuss strategic priorities, and strengthen alignment on the company’s long-term growth vision.

During the visit, senior leaders engaged in a series of discussions focused on ALTEN India’s evolving role within the global ALTEN ecosystem. ALTEN India CEO, Balaji Viswanathan led a comprehensive overview of the organization’s achievements, highlighting the steady expansion of engineering capabilities, growing customer engagements, and the strategic roadmap that will guide ALTEN India’s next phase of growth.

A key highlight of the visit was the technology and capability showcase presented by ALTEN India teams. Engineering experts demonstrated the organization’s future-ready capabilities across several core domains, including Mechanical Automotive, Mechanical Aerospace, Embedded Systems & Software, Customer Services, Industrial IoT, Industrial Machinery & Equipment, Embedded Hardware & Software, and Life Sciences. These presentations reflected ALTEN India’s strong engineering foundation and its ability to support global clients with innovative, high-value solutions.

The global leadership team also participated in a floor walk across the facility, where they experienced the Moments of Truth campaign—an initiative designed to highlight the everyday experiences that shape the employee journey at ALTEN India. The campaign reflects the organization’s commitment to building a culture rooted in collaboration, innovation, and shared values.

The visit further reinforced the strategic importance of ALTEN India within the global network and its readiness to support the company’s ambitious growth plans.
