Single standard: unless specifically requested by the Data Controller or in the event of a dispute with/against the Data Controller, personal data will not be retained beyond the performance of the contract.

Reminder: deletion is carried out in accordance with the rules in force within the company.

A certificate is issued to the Data Controller.

Points of attention

A duration is calculated from a starting point, but this starting point can vary. It corresponds to:
- A single event (e.g. signing the contract).
- At the first event in a series (e.g. consent to store cookies).
