Once you’ve applied for any job posting from our career page, the ALTEN India Talent Acquisition Team will contact you by phone to collect the first information regarding your motivations and expectations.
During the telephonic or virtual interview, our SME will focus on your technical skills based on the project you will be working for.
During the face-to-face interview, our Business Managers/Practice Head will touch upon the technical aspects and present you the offer and the ALTEN group, in order to give you an overview of our international and the reality as well as the different possibilities of career evolution within ALTEN India in some cases, when needed.
During this interview, the relational skills (“soft skills”) will be verified too.
Many of our employees are deployed directly at the Client’s location. Hence, client’s prefer having a round of interview with the prospective candidates or as in some cases, the front office would like to discuss their vision for you.
